Patrick Okoh is an honours graduate of the University of Lagos. He has 47 years diverse experience in corporate and commercial law, property law and litigation. His courtroom experience over the years spans across the High Courts, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.

In the past 47 years of legal practice, he has recorded over one thousand court appearances and arbitration in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Uyo, Sapele, Ibadan, Ilorin, Jos, Benin, Shagamu, Ikorodu and Abeokuta in diverse litigation in the above areas of law practice. He was the managing partner of Clifford M. Smith and Company for seventeen years before the dissolution of the partnership.

Served as a member of a board of enquiry instituted by the Federal Government in 1978 to investigate fraud and other malpractices in the Nigeria Airways Limited. He was a member of the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos Land Commission. He is on the Board of Directors of various corporations. He has acquired a very wide scope of experience in commercial, corporate, land laws and civil litigation.

Sylvester Ifeanyi Mbadiugha
